In 2008, Northland had journeys going all over the world. Some of the trips involved
Northland's
partners, some are extensions of relationships
within our congregation. But all of the trips offer unique opportunities to be a part of the work
of God, and to serve alongside our brothers and sisters in ministry. To watch a video that shows

Local to global missions, projects and partnerships are things that we value as a
congregation at Northland. From supporting over 70 different missionaries, to being involved in
catastrophe response in Louisiana and Sri Lanka, to working with organizations like the Coalition
for the Homeless in Orlando to the International Justice Mission’s global effort of saving children
in slavery and forced labor, God has given us a distributed vision that helps us as a local church
get deeply involved in ministry that serves our community, our nation and our earth.
"International" is where you can find information on short-term teams (we call them Distributed
Journeys), links to our partners and information on service projects you can be part of. Our vision
is to see people coming to Christ and growing in Him as we link local and global communities for
ministry and worship everywhere, everyday.
