Spend any time at Northland during the week, and you will hear this phrase more than once: "Oh, you should ask Sarah for that." Sarah is the Executive Assistant to Senior Pastor Dr. Joel C. Hunter. She is pursuing her organization communications degree at the University of Central Florida. She also assists the worship department, handles basic human resources functions for the staff and helps with payroll in her spare time. It's not hard to imagine what an organized, detail-oriented and calming presence Sarah is at our church. Northland's core value of personal ministry helps her to see that daily tasks are world-changing and God-glorifying.
